If you wish anything to be lengthened, shortened, widened, or any pockets/buttons added or taken out - we can fulfil your desired alterations.
There's no extra charge unless you'd like a significant amount of fabric added, then an appropriate fee will be calculated and you'll be contacted prior to proceeding.

Please note that custom orders can not be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Shipping
We ship worldwide straight from our production house in Lithuania, EU, using different shipping methods:
Post Registered Mail for small parcels.
UPS and FedEx couriers for larger parcels.
To ensure that shipping costs are as fair and accurate as possible, they are calculated individually according to the delivery option you have selected, the weight of your specific order, and your location.
Your local government may charge you import taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on international shipments depending on the value of the order. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we cannot predict whether there will be any extra charges.
Each item is handmade to order, therefore allow 1-2 weeks for production.
Standard shipping times depend on your location:
Europe: 4-11
business days;
USA and Canada: 2-3 weeks;
Australia, Japan, China, and the rest of the World: over 4 weeks.
Remote areas and islands: delivery to islands and remote regions may take longer than our standard delivery times. This includes, for example, the Azores and Madeira, the Canary and Balearic Islands, Greek islands including Crete, Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Tasmania, rural areas of Australia and New Zealand, and northern Canada and Scandinavia.

Express shipping takes around 2-5 business days depending on your location.

FREE Express Shipping on orders of €250 or more (or the equivalent in your local currency) to the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU/EEA, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Taiwan, applied automatically at checkout. For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes are not included and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
Returns

If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on all regularly priced, non-customized items.

You can either exchange the item or get a full refund. To return the item please first contact us via info@oldlinemill.com or the chat box.
Describe the situation and let us know if you prefer a refund or
exchange - we will assist you with the process, provide return address and instructions.

We cannot exchange or refund cut fabric, fabric scrap cuttings, and
customized items unless they are faulty.

Please remember:
- Item must be returned complete;
- Item must be in a perfect condition;
- Item must be unused;
- Item must be in the original packaging with all the tags in place;
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable;
- Any customs duties, taxes or fees, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility;
- We are not responsible for any customs-related delays;
- Refunds are issued within 5–15 business days after the returned item has been received at our headquarters and inspected.

How to send it back
Contact us via info@oldlinenmill.com or the chat box and describe the issue. Pack the items back into the parcel and send it to the address that we have
provided via e-mail correspondence. To avoid a loss of parcels in
transit all items must be returned to us by “Recorded Delivery''.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If the item is faulty
We will fully refund the cost of any defective products. We will also
cover the postage costs and any import tax you had to pay. The buyer must provide us with evidence that the product is faulty in the form of a photo and/or a video and send it to info@oldlinenmill.com.

How are the products packed?

Linen goods are wrapped in craft paper and twine with lots of care and love.

Each package includes a brochure made of recycled paper about linen care, which can be hung in a laundry room.

Fabric swatches are also added to make it easier for you to pick your new favorite color.

Where are the products made?

Each product is handcrafted with love and care by a conscious and creative team in Klaipeda, a coastal Northern European town in Lithuania. From here we ship our linen goods worldwide.

Does your linen shrink?

No! Our linen goes through a stone-washing process which means it's already pre-shrunk when it reaches you.
Stone-washing also makes linen perfectly soft.
