Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide straight from our production house in Lithuania, EU, using different shipping methods:
Post Registered Mail for small parcels. UPS, TNT and FedEx couriers for larger parcels.
To ensure that shipping costs are as fair and accurate as possible, they are calculated individually according to the delivery option you have selected, the weight of your specific order, and your location.
Your local government may charge you import taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on international shipments depending on the value of the order.Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we cannot predict whether there will be any extra charges.
Each item is handmade to order, therefore allow 1-2 weeks for production.
Standard shipping times depend on your location. Europe: 4-11 business days; USA and Canada: 2-3 weeks; Australia, Japan, China, and the rest of the World: over 4 weeks. Express shipping takes around 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Whenever your order goes above €200 (or the equivalent in your local currency), FREE Express Shipping will be automatically applied to your cart. There are no limits to free shipping.
RETURNS
If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on all regularly priced, non-customized items.
You can either exchange the item or get a full refund. To return the item please first contact us via info@oldlinemill.com or the chat box. Describe the situation and let us know if you prefer a refund or exchange - we will assist you with the process, provide return address and instructions.
We cannot exchange or refund cut fabric, fabric scrap cuttings, and customized items unless they are faulty. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. This does not include items purchased with a coupon code or shop-wide sale.

How to send it back
Contact us via info@oldlinenmill.com or the chat box and describe the issue. Pack the items back into the parcel and send it to the address that we have provided via e-mail correspondence. To avoid a loss of parcels in transit all items must be returned to us by “Recorded Delivery''. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If the item is faulty
We will fully refund the cost of any defective products. We will also cover the postage costs and any import tax you had to pay. The buyer must provide us with evidence that the product is faulty in the form of a photo and/or a video and send it to info@oldlinenmill.com.
