If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on all regularly priced, non-customized items. You can either exchange the item or receive a full refund.

To return an item, please first contact us at info@oldlinenmill.com. Describe the situation and let us know whether you prefer a refund or an exchange — we will assist you with the process and provide the return address and instructions.

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for cut fabric, fabric scrap cuttings, sale items, or customized items unless they are faulty. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. This does not include items purchased with a coupon code or during a shop-wide sale. Items sold at a reduced price individually or purchased during a close-out sale unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Please note:

• The item must be returned complete;
  
• The item must be in perfect condition;
  
• The item must be unused;
  
• The item must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

We ship worldwide using different shipping methods:

• Post Registered Mail for small parcels.
• UPS and FedEx couriers for larger parcels.

Shipping cost depends on the delivery option you have selected and weight of your order. Delivery cost will be visible during the checkout process.

We offer free shipping on orders over €200.

Standard shipping normally takes:

• 4–11 business days within Europe
  
• 2–3 weeks to the USA and Canada
  
• from 4 weeks to Australia, Japan, China, and the rest of the world
