Orders
Deliveries are made on business days. All parcels must be signed for by the recipient. We ship all orders with a registered delivery, however delivery tracking may not be available in some cases depending on destination and shipping company. If the selected product is out of stock, we will send an estimated shipping date to your email.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Yes! If you have some specific requests, contact us via contact form or email us at info@oldlinenmill.com.
Please note that custom orders can not be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide using different shipping methods:
- Post Registered Mail for small parcels.
- UPS and FedEx couriers for larger parcels.
Shipping cost depends on the delivery option you have selected and weight of your order. Delivery cost will be visible during the checkout process.
We offer free shipping on orders over €200.
Your local government may charge import taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on international shipments depending on the value of the order. These extra costs are not included into payment and will be charged by the delivery company.
Standard shipping normally takes:
- 4–11 business days within Europe
- 2–3 weeks to the USA and Canada
- from 4 weeks to Australia, Japan, China, and the rest of the world
If you are unable to find your location in the list or get a quote, please contact us through info@oldlinenmill.com We will try to find the way to deliver your order.
If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on all regularly priced, non-customized items. You can either exchange the item or receive a full refund.
To return an item, please first contact us at info@oldlinenmill.com. Describe the situation and let us know whether you prefer a refund or an exchange — we will assist you with the process and provide the return address and instructions.
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for cut fabric, fabric scrap cuttings, sale items, or customized items unless they are faulty. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. This does not include items purchased with a coupon code or during a shop-wide sale. Items sold at a reduced price individually or purchased during a close-out sale unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Please note:
- The item must be returned complete;
- The item must be in perfect condition;
- The item must be unused;
- The item must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

Linen goods are carefully wrapped in craft paper and twine with great care and attention. Fabric swatches are also included to help you choose your new favorite color.
Yes, we offer gift cards. They are available in different values and can be used for any product in our store.
Gift cards are delivered by email and include instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
