2. What if I don't like the product?
If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on all regularly priced, non-customized items.
You can either exchange the item or get a full refund. To return the item please first contact us via email@example.com. Describe the situation and let us know if you prefer a refund or exchange - we will assist you with the process, provide return address and instructions.
We cannot exchange or refund cut fabric, fabric scrap cuttings, sale items and customized items unless they are faulty. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. This does not include items purchased with a coupon code or shop-wide sale. Items sold at a reduced price on their own or purchased in a close-out sale unfortunately cannot be refunded.
3. Can you fulfill a custom order?
Yes! If you have some specific requests, contact us via contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that custom orders can not be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
4. How are the products packed?
Linen goods are wrapped in craft paper and twine with lots of care and love.
Each package includes a brochure made of recycled paper about linen care, which can be hung in a laundry room.
Fabric swatches are also added to make it easier for you to pick your new favorite color.
5. Delivery Time
Standard shipping normally takes:
4 – 11 business days for Europe;
2 – 3 weeks for USA and Canada;
from 4 weeks for Australia, Japan, China and the rest of the World.
