How to send it back
Contact us via info@oldlinenmill.com and describe the issue. Pack the items back into the parcel and send it to the address that we have provided via e-mail correspondence. To avoid a loss of parcels in transit all items must be returned to us by “Recorded Delivery''. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

How are the products packed?
Linen goods are wrapped in craft paper and twine with lots of care and love.
Each package includes a brochure made of recycled paper about linen care, which can be hung in a laundry room.
Fabric swatches are also added to make it easier for you to pick your new favorite color.

Each product is handcrafted with love and care by a conscious and creative team in Klaipeda, a coastal Northern European town in Lithuania. From here we ship our linen goods worldwide.
