Each item is handmade to order, therefore allow 2-3 weeks for production. Shipping times depend on your location. Europe: 4-11 business days; USA and Canada: 2-3 weeks; Australia, Japan, China, and the rest of the World: over 4 weeks. Faster if you opt for express shipping at checkout.

If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on all regularly priced, non-customized items.

You can either exchange the item or get a full refund. To return the item please first contact us via info@oldlinemill.com Describe the situation and let us know if you prefer a refund or exchange - we will assist you with the process, provide return address and instructions.

We cannot exchange or refund cut fabric, fabric scrap cuttings, sale items and customized items unless they are faulty. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. This does not include items purchased with a coupon code or shop-wide sale. Items sold at a reduced price on their own purchased in a close-out sale unfortunately cannot be refunded.

- Item must be unused; 
- Item must be in the original packaging with all the tags in place

How to send it back

Contact us via info@oldlinenmill.com and describe the issue. Pack the items back into the parcel and send it to the address that we have provided via e-mail correspondence. To avoid a loss of parcels in transit all items must be returned to us by “Recorded Delivery''. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If the item is faulty

We will fully refund the cost of any defective products. We will also cover the postage costs and any import tax you had to pay. The buyer must provide us with evidence that the product is faulty in the form of a photo and/or a video and send it to info@oldlinenmill.com.

Each product is handmade every step of the way at our production house in Northern Europe, Lithuania. Every item is carefully crafted to be of the highest quality, and at the same time completely unique.

How long does the shipping take?

Each item is handmade to order, therefore allow 2-3 weeks for production. Shipping times depend on your location. Europe: 4-11 business days; USA and Canada: 2-3 weeks; Australia, Japan, China, and the rest of the World: over 4 weeks. Yes! If you have some specific requests, contact us via contact form or email us at info@oldlinenmill.com. Please note that custom orders can not be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Linen goods are wrapped in craft paper and twine with lots of care and love. Each package includes a brochure made of recycled paper about linen care, which can be hung in a laundry room. Fabric swatches are also added to make it easier for you to pick your new favorite color.
Each product is handcrafted with love and care by a conscious and creative team in Klaipeda, a coastal Northern European town in Lithuania. From here we ship our linen goods worldwide.
